History

1976 - Audio Den opens for business in a 1200 square foot space at the Coventry Commons Shopping Center in Stony Brook. The store is staffed by the two founding partners

1980 - Audio Den moves to a 3000 square foot space at the Smith Haven Plaza in Lake Grove. Three listening rooms are constructed along with a service lab to handle equipment

1995 - Audio Den purchases its current location - a stand-alone 7200 square foot building at 2845 Middle Country Road in Lake Grove. The new facility houses four elaborate listening rooms and a six-seat dedicated projection

2004 - The Audio Den family grows to fifteen people, as the custom installation and sales teams are expanded to accommodate the increase in business.

The company was founded on one basic principle - make the customer happy. This approach remains at the core of the Audio Den experience.
